Simon qualified in 1978 and has many years experience in Employment and Family work.
Simon has acted in and appeared before Employment Tribunals for both employers and employees.
His work has included claims for sexual and disability discrimination, harassment and bullying cases.
He is able to advise on claims arising out of unfair or constructive dismissal, redundancy and unfair selection and transfer of undertakings (TUPE). Simon will also advise on contract terms and conditions, staff handbooks and similar documentary matters.
